This safety manual has been made possible by a grant from the Oregon Occupational Safety and Health Division, Department of Consumer and Business Services.

The manual is designed to help both employers and employees to work more safely and to meet OSHA safety requirements. It includes inspection forms, and training verification sheets that can be copied and altered to fit a companies own specific needs.
