Mission Statement

At the Oregon Solar Energy Industries Association, we are committed to making sure that all stakeholders in the Oregon solar energy industry are welcome, represented, and valued. OSEIA will facilitate the growth of the solar industry in a responsible and sustainable way, drive public policy which supports the rapid growth of the industry, and provide leadership in education and training for workforce development.

OSEIA was founded in 1981 to:

• Promote the use of renewable energy in Oregon
• Inform the public of the benefits of renewable energy
• Serve as the central organizing association for Oregon renewable energy professionals
• Establish and maintain a business code of ethics
• Sponsor legislation affecting renewable energy in Oregon

OSEIA is a non-profit industry association dedicated to developing a strong renewable energy industry in Oregon.
